Our daughter (20 mo) has got lots of dolls and toy animals already. But I also wanted her to have a “living” toy. In the stores, the choice of punch puppets was quite disappointing. Thus… I made a Punch myself and got lots of satisfaction from it (because Soniya was happy to get such a puppet – the Punch became alive in her hands and it was also pleasant to touch one’s check with it!)

August has reached its middle. And it means that preparation for school is already on its way. Though, the pencil holder we are going to make together with Anna, a reader of our blog, will be admired not only by pupils but also by younger children.

- plastic bottle
- white fur
- white threads and a needle
- eyes and a nose
- transparent glue

The summer season is at its height. It’s high time to leave the dusty city for the granny’s village house. But it takes exactly 24 hours by train for us to accomplish. How to entertain the little one when traveling?
